Chocolate lovers: Your expert leader will take
you on a virtual tour with lots of tastings to find flavor
nuances in chocolate grown in different parts of the world. Chart
your favorite flavor profiles. Learn how chocolate
influenced history and about the explosion
of artisanal chocolates today - a fun, delicious afternoon. There is a $5 materials fee, payable to the Instructor on the class date. Ages 14+ $21 fee.

Explore the history of chocolate, learn the language of chocolate tasting, and try lots of chocolates from near and far. Like wine, chocolate holds nuanced flavors depending on where it's grown and how the chocolate-makers process the beans, Discover more about the chocolate lands, the people who grow it and make it, and dangers to chocolate from climate change. You'll sample chocolate from newer bean-to-bar, small batch innovators like Dandelion, Amano and Cru, along with more familiar brands like Guittard and Ghirrardelli. $45 fee.
